| 摘 要： | 文章分析广西高职院校图书馆采用采编业务外包模式对采编人员产生的影响,从提高工作效率与减少采编人员配置、影响采编人员的工作热情与积极性、影响采编人员的心理稳定与思想观念等三个方面进行详细分析,并以广西建设职业技术学院图书馆为案例进行具体剖析。

| Abstract: | The article analysis the influence that the Guangxi Higher Vocational College Libraries using the outsourcing of acquisition and cataloguing for reporters and editors,making a detailed analysis from three aspects that improve work efficiency and reduce the personnel allocation,affect the reporters and editors work enthusiasm and initiative,influence of psychological stability and ideas of the reporters and editors,and taking the specific case analysis as the Library of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction. |
