摘 要: | 民以食为天,食以安为先,食品安全直接关系到人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,涉及千家万户和每个社会成员的切身利益。近年来,食品安全事故频发,严重影响人民群众生活和社会和谐稳定。为了不断提高食品安全监管能力,提升食品安全整体水平,将食品从原料、加工到成品的全过程置于阳光下,让市民吃得更放心、身体健康、生活更幸福,所以,食品安全监管靠档案。

Abstract: | Food is first for the people;Food is safety first.Food security is directly related to the health and safety of the people.Involving tens of thousands of households and the vital interests of every member of societyIn recent years,food safety incidents frequency appears.Serious impact on people's daily life and social harmony and stability.Order to continuously improve food safety supervision capacity,improve the overall level of food safety,food processing to finished the whole process from raw materials,placed in the sun,so that members of the public to eat more at ease,health,life happier.therefore,rely on food safety supervision files.So,the food safety supervision by the file. |
