| 摘 要： | 近年来,我校政工课程为培养边防部队基层一线优秀政工人才,在不断创新教育教学方法探索实践中,着力提升生长学员思想政治素质,并结合公安边防部队实际,强化学员做基层政治工作的能力,可以说在教学领域中取得了丰硕的成果。但是,在教学实践过程中,需要认清在培养生长学员政工课程学习能力方面存在的一些问题,从而对症下药,采取有针对性的措施。
