| 摘 要： | 太极拳教学是高职院校武术教学的重要组成部分,对于学生的身心健康以及和谐社会的建设都有积极的作用。文章主要阐述了在高职院校开展太极拳教学的作用,以及运用的教学方法和科学的教学模式来提高太极拳教学的质量,从而促进高职院校太极拳教学的发展提供了一些对策,以供参考。

| Abstract: | Tai Chi teaching is teaching in higher vocational colleges an important part of martial arts, physical and mental health for students, as well as the building of a harmonious society has a positive role. This paper mainly describes the teaching in higher vocational colleges to carry out the role of Taijiquan, as well as the use of teaching methods and scientific teaching model to improve the quality of teaching tai chi, thereby contributing to the development of higher vocational colleges teaching Taijiquan provides a number of countermeasures, for reference. |
