试论经济法产生的基础

On the Birth Bases of the Economic Law

This artile expounds and proves that it is inevilable that the economic law comes into being.Furthermore,its historical value is described to support his idea,the author demonstatrates five bases of it:the social background of the economic law;the transformation from individuial selfish departmentalism to the social one in the domain of philcsophic jurisprudence;the emergence of Keynes'theory of Economics;the defects in the modern market economy which is adjusted to the civil law;the specialization of governments' economic fuction.
