| 摘 要： | 就业是民生之根本,大学生就业作为就业全局中的一部分,受全社会就业形势严峻的影响,其就业形势不容乐观。本文从分析大学生就业现状中的有利因素和不利因素入手,深入挖掘产生大学生就业难题的原因,采取具体问题具体分析的方法,为破解大学生就业难题提供一些参考。
