台商在大陆投资产业的演变与展望

改革开放后，台商投资大陆经历了20世纪80年代的试探性扩张时期、20世纪90年代的第一次高潮时期以及进入21世纪后的第二次高潮时期三个阶段。在不同时期，台商投资的产业选择都存在较大的区别，经历了由最初的以纺织为代表的劳动力密集型产业。到20世纪90年代的以机电、石化为代表的资本密集型产业，再到最近几年以电子为代表的技术密集型产业的变化过程。在未来的一段时期内，台商投资热潮，特别是对电子信息等高新技术产业的投资还将持续，不过，投资的产业也将由制造业逐渐向服务业特别是金融保险业等高端服务业转移。

Development and Prospect of Industries Invested at Mainland by Taiwan Businessmen

Since reform and opening up,Taiwan businessmen experienced three stages of investment at mainland: the expanding stage of exploratory in the eighties of 20 century,the first wave in the nineties of 20 century and the second wave at the beginning of the 21 century.During different periods,the choice of industry invested by Taiwan businessmen had a great number of differences and passed through the changing procedure first from the labour-indensive industry symbolized by the beginning textile industry to the capital-indensive industry by electromechanical and petroleum chemicals in the nineties of 20 century,and to the tech-indensive industry by the electronics during the latest years.In a period of future,the investment to the hi-tech industry from Taiwan businessmen,especially to the electro-information enterprises,continues but,the industries of investment are gradually changing from manufactures to advanced service industries especially like the finance and insurance services.
