论新世纪成人教育的科学发展

摘    要:新世纪前期,为着实现科学发展,我国成人教育在教育实践层面须构筑一个体系、实现两项追求、抓好三类教育、进行全面创新、促成一种根本转变;在学科建设层面须更新建设理念、重视队伍建设、组建学科基地、组织合作研究、优化研究方法、沟通理论实践、拓展理论园地、推进学术交流。

Abstract:In the beginning of the new century, in order to achieve scientific development, China's adult education must, on the practice level, construct a system, accomplish two pursuits, make great efforts to manage three categories of education, push forward its all-round innovation and promote a fundamental transformation. In the aspect of discipline building, it must update construction theory, attach great importance to the building of staff, found scientific bases, organize cooperative research, optimize research methods, bridge theory and practice, broaden the scope of theoretical studies and promote academic exchanges.
