| 摘 要： | 针对广东创新型交通人才短缺的现状,结合本校各交通专业方向的建设与运行,提出了改革实践教学加强创新能力培养、个人职业技能与人际沟通技能并举,关注综合创新能力,与交通行业大环境协调发展等观点,为实现广东交通人才培养和社会需求之间的无障碍对接提供了一种有益的借鉴。
