| 摘 要： | 本文在分析网络信息资源老化的原因及其特征的基础上，指出衡量网络信息资源的老化状况应该从网络信息资源自身的生命周期和被利用情况两个方面考虑。提出以静态半衰期、动态半衰期和生存期作为衡量网络信息资源自身生命周期的指标，以宏观网络信息资源半衰期和微观网络信息资源半衰期作为衡量网络信息资源被利用情况的指标。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the reasons and characters of obsolescence of network information resources, it has been pointed out that the obsolescence of network information resourcesshould be considered in two aspects, which are the selflifecycle and the utilized degree. The self-lifecycle indices are static half life and dynamic half life, and the indices scaling the utilized degree are macro-half life and micro-half life of network information resources. |
