基于统筹城乡发展的农民工职业技能培训研究

重庆成为国家统筹城乡发展综合配套改革试验区以来,重庆市政府非常重视农民工职业技能培训工作,但仍存在着资金短缺、重数量轻质量、接受培训比例偏低、培训服务体系不完善等问题。针对这些问题,笔者提出建立健全以政府投入为主导的多元化资金投入机制、以社区为中心、完善培训服务体系、加强与兄弟省市的合作,共同承担起培训责任等政策建议。

Research on farmer workers' vocational skill training based on coordinating urban-rural development

Since Chongqing became National Experiment Region of Coordinating Urban-Rural Development, Chongqing government has attached great importance to the farmer workers＇ vocational skill training. However, there are still some problems, such as fund shortage, emphasis on quantity not on quality, low rate of the trainees, incomplete training service system and so on. To solve these problems, the writer has proposed her suggestions on the policies, which include that the multi-form fund-raising system dominated by government investment be established and perfected; the training system be improved with the communities as organi- zations; the cooperation with sister provinces and cities be strengthened and the training responsibility be shouldered by all the parties.
