摘    要:《基础教育课程改革纲要》提出三级课程管理目标,开发校本课程逐步成为一线教师必须完成的一项重要任务。广大教师积极参与校本课程开发,对促进学生的发展、提高教师的课程开发能力,加速课程制度改革具有非常重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract:"The elementary education curriculm reforms" puts forward the goal of three levels curricula manage.The exploitation of the school-based curriculum becomes a important task for the teachers.It has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the development of students,improving the teacher's ability of curriculum development,and accelerating the curriculm reform,that the teacher actively perticipating in curriculm development.
