| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、分析法、归纳法等研究方法,对宋元时期的武术发展进行了分析研究。结论认为:宋元时期的军事武术和民间武术都有相当程度的发展,并且不同时期不同民族的武术呈现出时代性与民族性的特征。

| Abstract: | This article uses the literature material method, the analytic method, the induction method. and studies the Song and Yuan Dynasties development. The conclusion is that, the millitary Wushu and country Wushu both deve4olped very well in the peoriod of Song and Yuan Dynasties, and differen national Wushus showed out their own time and nations' characteristics in different periods. |
