组织承诺、组织公民行为与离职倾向关系研究

摘    要:通过构建结构方程模型(SEM)来考查员工的组织承诺、组织公民行为与离职倾向多个潜变量之间的交互效应和因果关系。实证研究结果表明,员工的组织承诺水平与员工的组织公民行为存在显著的正相关关系,组织承诺与离职倾向之间呈显著负相关关系,组织公民行为与离职倾向之间呈显著负相关关系。

Abstract:Purpose of the research is to study mutual influences and relations between cause and effect among organization commitment, organization citizenship behavior, demission tendency by Structural equation model(SEM). Result of empirical research proves that there are prominent mutual influences and relations between organization commitment, organization citizenship behavior and demission tendency.
