基于质量工程方法的螺旋桨性能鲁棒性设计

摘    要:现实中环境因素对螺旋桨性能影响很大.应用了iSIGHT多学科优化平台的质量工程方法对螺旋桨性能进行优化设计.结果表明,该方法使螺旋桨效率和最小压力系数的鲁棒性都有提高,降低了环境变化对性能的影响.

Abstract:Actual environment has great influence to propeller performance.We use quality engineering method of iSIGHT-a multidisciplinary design optimization platform,for propeller optimization design.The results show that this method improve the robustness of the efficiency and minimum pressure factor of propeller,and reduce the influence of variation in environmental variable for performance.
