| Abstract: | With literature and specialist discussion,this paper studies objective indices for top bicyclist selection with aspects of competition scales,date,performance and rank.Various methods that reflecting sports level with objective indices in the term of score has been discussed and thus a computer system to recruit,evaluate and manage top bicyclists has been established. |
