| 摘 要： | 采用MSS-222(间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲烷磺酸盐)对金鱼实施麻醉并模拟运输实验以减少金鱼代谢量,延长运输时间,提高长途运输的存活率。旨在探讨适合于不同品种,不同金鱼的MS-222麻醉的浓度范围。结果表明,MS-222麻醉金鱼的适应浓度为35-85ppm,且浓度因品种、包装密度而异。

| Abstract: | Using MS - - 222 to anaesthetize Cold Fish, then, simulate the transport condition and the metabolic and enhance the survival rate of Gold Fish, for the purpose of study the concentration scope of MS- -222 to Gold Fish from defferent breed and size. Hie results showed thet, the accommodate concentration of MS- -222 to Gold Fish was 35 - 85ppm, fithennore, when the breed,size and package density changed, its concentration will change, too |
