| 摘 要： | 通过对ERP和G IS技术特征的分析,结合旅游景区管理实际,提出了T-ERP和T-G IS概念,进行了概念设计,并构架出运作模型。旨在通过实施旅游景区的信息管理,提高旅游景区的管理效率和服务质量,增强对旅游景区突发事件的预见性和快速反应能力,满足旅游者尤其是自助旅游者的个性化需求,从而促进旅游景区高水平与可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis to ERP and GIS,and based on the practice of tourism destination,the author proposes T-ERP and T-GIS and describes the applications of T-ERP/T-GIS.Aiming at the implements of e-administration,we can improve administration effectiveness and service quality,enhance event foretelling and the QR capability and meet the individual demands of tourist,especially those self-assist tourists,then promote the highlevel and sustainable development of tourism destinations. |
