摘    要:文章运用文献资料研究方法,对武术运动对大学生心理健康的重要指标——情绪、情感及幸福度的影响进行了分析探讨。结果显示:经过武术选项课程后,大学生焦虑状态以及其它负性情绪如紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱心境明显缓解;在精力明显上升的同时,正性情感、正性体验和幸福度明显上升。

Abstract:By adopting the methodology of investigation and the documentary, this paper examines the effect of Wushu sporting event on the important indexes of psychological health of college students, including mood, feelings and happiness degree. The result of this investigation shows that the anxious status and negative moods, such as nervousness, anger, fatigue, depression and fluster of college students can be greatly eased by taking Wushu classes. Meanwhile, with the improvement of energy, the positive moods, positive experiences and happiness degree for college students are also rising greatly.
