| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段存在大量的信用缺失现象，这大大增加了市场活动中的交易成本，为降低交易成本，有必要建立和规范信用制度，政府在构建社会主义市场经济条件下的信用制度应该起到特定的作用。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,there are lots of credit deficiency caseswhich increase our transaction cost heavily in market activities. It's necessary to set up a credit system and normalize it in order to decrease transaction cost. So government should play a special role in constructing credit system under socialist market-oriented economy. |
