| 摘 要： | 为了让高职贫困生从心理上脱贫，建构了一套“五位一体”的心理援助体系，即努力营造民主和谐的心理氛围、建立健全科学动态的心理档案、全面渗透科学有效的心理辅导、大力建设自助互助的心理社团、有机结合短期长期的心理干预。它们之间共同相互作用，使贫困生具备良好的心理素质和完善的人格，成为社会发展所需的真正栋梁之才。

| Abstract: | To take off mental poverty,the text construct the high profession college impoverished student mental assistance system.It concluded that build democracy and concordant mental atmosphere,establish science and dynamic mental record,sink science and effective mental tutorship,construct self-help and friendly mental league,combined short and long-term mental.The system can make the impoverished students have good mental diathesis and perfect personality and become a used man. |
