| 摘 要： | 日本在进入新世纪后，明确提出了“知识产权立国”的基本国策，并通过采取完善法律制度、提供管理服务保证、优惠财税政策、促进产学研联动、加强人才培育、积极开展国际合作与交流等措施，形成了比较完善的“知识产权立国”保障体系。对以法律保障为核心的日本“知识产权立国”保障体系的基本内容进行了分析，旨在为我国2009年提出的《文化产业振兴规划》的贯彻和实施提供一些借鉴。
