| 摘 要： | 高校职业咨询对于大学生职业生涯发展、职业能力提升等具有非常积极的促进作用。要科学地、高效地开展大学生职业咨询,就离不开必要的支持保障条件。刚性的政策支持、专门化的机构设置、专业化人才队伍建设、相关的技术支撑、行业协会组织督导、理论研究与学科建设等,共同构建起完善的高校职业咨询保障体系,唯有具备了这些必要条件,才能促使高校职业咨询事业持续地、协调地发展。

| Abstract: | Career consultation service plays an active and promoting role in higher educational institutes for the students＇ career development.The supporting systems and security conditions are quite necessary to carry out scientifically and productively the career counseling for college students.A comprehensive guarantee system of career counseling consists of the firm supporting policies,the specialized agencies,the construction of specialized personnel group,the related technical support,the supervision of associations,the theory research and the disciplinary development,etc.Only with these conditions can the career consultation security system of higher educational institutes develop sustainably and harmoniously. |
