| 摘 要： | 医药行业商业贿赂主要通过回扣、礼品礼金和各种费用等形式表现,具有隐蔽性、广泛性和群体性特点,是造成医药管理混乱、医患关系紧张、医疗事故增多的一个重要原因。治理医药行业商业贿赂,要完善医药采购、医院管理制度,完善惩治商业贿赂法律,加强医生职业道德教育和医药行业自律建设,进一步推进医疗体制改革。

| Abstract: | The commerce bribery of medicine industry shows out mainly by forms such as discount,gift,cash and various costs in our country currendy.It is carried out by groups,secretly and widely.Itis one of the important causes which brought about medicine managing chaos,strained the relationship of the doctor and the mass and increased malpractice.The effective measures are put forward;they are included to perfect the purchase system,to punish commerce bribery,move forward reformatiom of medical treatment system,and strengthen professional erhics education and medicine industry autonomy construction. |
