| 摘 要： | 高校隐性思想政治教育是指教育者将教育的目的隐藏在显性思想政治教育之外的生活环境、特定形式的活动等而开展的教育。随着国内外形势的变化和大学生主体意识的增强，开展与显性教育互补的隐性教育，可以提高高校思想政治工作的实效。
