| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,财务管理工作取得了很大的进步 ,但仍存在着观念、制度、层次、方法上的问题 ;入世后 ,财务管理又受到全球化、知识化、电子化的冲击。本文拟就这些问题提出几点看法。

| Abstract: | Two decades since our reform and opening,there have been great leaps in financial management of our country.However,there still exist some problems in the aspects of systems,ideas,structures and approaches due to various reasons. Facing the entry into WTO and new environment both at home and abroad, financial management of our country meets new opportunities and challenges such as globalization, being knowledgeable economy, computerization,and the problems and impact will be discussed in this paper. |
