| Abstract: | The basic quality of a chemistry teacher consists of psychological quality,knowledge and ability structure.Under the condition of New Course,our national education has a higher requirement to the quality construction of chemistry teachers.On the basis of massive investigation and study,this paper makes an analysis of the main factors of the professional quality of chemical teachers against the background of new curriculum,and puts forward some request and implementation plan for chemistry teachers working in middle schools. |
