| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法,从竞技体操训练科学化体系的建立、运动训练时机、运动训练时间效益、动作技术创新四方面分析了科学化对竞技体操运动训练的意义和作用,从而得出只有科学化才能促进竞技体操运动训练水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The paper uses the method of documents, learns the interviews to the experts, from the establishment of competitive gymnastics training scientific system, sports training opportunity, sports training time performance, action technique creative, analyzed the meaning and function of the scientific to the competitive gymnastics. The result shows that only scientific training promote the improvemenl on the scientific level of competitive gymnastics training. |
