摘    要:从维护整个社会的稳定与促进社会的协调发展的高度上看,关注残疾人,让每个残疾人接受特殊教育,具有极为深刻的意义.让残疾人从小受到特殊的教育,帮助他们实现自尊、自信、自强、自立,才能体现教育均等、社会公平.

Abstract:In order to maintain stability of the whole society and promote harmonious development of society, it is of great importance to take care of the handicapped and provide special education for every handicapped person. To realize educational equality and social fairness, the handicapped should receive special education from an early age so as to help them obtain self-esteem, self-confidence, self-improvement and self- independence.
