| 摘 要： | 在钢化玻璃生产过程中,加热炉具有严重的非线性及较大的时间滞后性,传统的控制方法难以达到要求的精度,从而难以取得较好的控制效果。本系统采用模糊控制技术,结合传统PID算法,设计Fuzzy-PI控制器,从而实现加热段温度的自动控制。

| Abstract: | In the glass production process,the furnace with severe nonlinear and time lag of a larger,traditional methods can not meet the requirements the accuracy,so it difficult to obtain good control effect.The system uses fuzzy control technology,combined with the traditional PID algorithm,Fuzzy-PI controller is designed to achieve the proper temperature of the control. |
