变频冷冻水泵运行效率测试与分析

摘    要:在不同运行条件下对某变频冷冻水泵的性能参数进行了测试,获得了不同转速下该变频冷冻水泵机组的总效率(全效率)、变频器效率、电机和水泵的综合效率、变频冷冻水泵的水力效率比和容积效率比,总结得出了该变频冷冻水泵各效率随转速变化的规律。同时指出,在计算采用压差控制的变频冷冻水泵的能耗时,不应将变频冷冻水泵的总效率当作常数,不同运行控制方式对变频冷冻水泵效率有着不同的影响。

Abstract:Some parameters of a sampled variable frequency chilled water pump (VFCWP) were measured in four operating circumstances. Based on these data, the efficiencies such as the wire-to-water efficiency, variable-frequency-drive (VFD) efficiency, integrated efficiency of pump-and-motor, hydraulics efficiency ratio and volumetric efficiency ratio of the variable frequency chilled water pump were obtained. The principle of efficiencies varying with operating frequency or speed was summarized. Measurements and analyses show that the wire-to-water efficiency of VFCWP should not be taken as a constant to calculate the energy consumption of VFCWP controlled by a pre-set differential pressure. Furthermore, controlling method or operating circumstances have effect on efficiencies of VFCWP.
