| 摘 要： | 在网络环境下，提高图书馆员的信息素质，是信息时代发展的需要，是深化图书馆信息服务的需要，是图书馆员自身发展的需要。图书馆员只有爱岗敬业，精通业务，对自己实行目标管理，进行较高标准的角色定位，才能使信息素质得到提高，成为知识型学和网络导航员。

In this way they will become learned scholars and the guides of Internet. |
