| 摘 要： | 后进生作为现代“教育病理”的最明显的征兆之一,已成为教育领域的一大社会问题。教师若不及时对后进生进行教育或者方法用得不适当,会影响到整个班集体,使班风不正,纪律涣散,干扰正常的教育工作。教育转化后进生需要从后进生形成的原因、心理行为和教育策略等方面进行探讨。
