| 摘 要： | 生态文明建设是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计，是对农业文明、工业文明的继承与超越，是人类生态价值观念的提升，是实现美丽中国梦的必由之路。面对我国当前的环境、生态面临的严峻形势，如何进一步加强生态文明建设是一个值得深入思考的课题。要建设美丽中国，就必须进一步加强生态文明建设，以实现美丽中国天更蓝、地更绿、水更净、空气更清新的客观要求。
