| 摘 要： | 16世纪以来，美洲作物玉米、甘薯、马铃薯、辣椒、烟草等品种相继传人我国，其影响重大深远。笔者从中外食事交流史的视域展开，通过文献考订讨论了番薯与古甘薯、番薯传人中国的时间、途径及在黑龙江地区的引种栽培等问题。

| Abstract: | Ever since the 16th century, American plants, corns, sweet potatoes, potatoes, pepper and tobacco have been introduced to China and have a far - reaching influence. Based on historical doc- uments, from the perspective of exchanges of Chinese and foreign food, this paper analyzes the introduc- tion time and ways of the sweet potatoes and ancient sweet potatoes and their cuhivation in Heilongjiang region. |
