发达国家的社区建设及其启示

西方发达国家社区建设的历史较长，有不少先进的经验和做法和做法值得我国学习和借鉴。本在实地考察和资料分析的基础上，对国外社区建设的基本情况和特点作了介绍，并从中得出四点启示：即完备社区基础设施是社区建设的首要前提；健全社区组织管理体系与机制是社区建设的关键所在；搞好社区服务是社区建设的重要内容；于整合资源是社区建设的长久之策。

Community Construction in Developed Countries and Its Inspirations

Western developed countries have a long history on community constuction, and there are quite a few advanced experiences and methods from which we learn and benefit a lot. On the basis of corresponding investigations and data analysis, this essay, introduced the basic situation and features of community construction in developed countries briefly, and got four inspirations: perfecting community infrastuctional facilities is the foremost precondition of community constuction; amplifying community organization's managemental system and mechanism is the key factor of community construction; offering a good community service is the important content of community construction; being expert in composing resources is the permanent tactics of community construction.
