| 摘 要： | 随着经济、社会和教育的发展,我国中小学教师队伍中女教师的比例逐年增长,男女性别结构失衡问题日趋突出。本文分析了造成此问题的原因、教师性别结构失衡对学生发展的影响等,并就解决途径提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of education as well as economy and society,the proportion of female teachers in Chinese primary and secondary schools increases progressively.The structural imbalances of gender become a prominent issue in education.This paper is a study of main reasons and influences of the phenomenon and gives some recommendations to solve the problem. |
