| 摘 要： | 数量庞大的农村富余劳动力是制约农民问题解决的瓶颈.也是解决农民问题的关键.本文从目前农村富余劳动力的严峻形势及成因入手,分析了制约农村富余劳动力转移的各种因素,并提出了解决问题的对策.
