广西与越南贸易的主要障碍及法律对策

广西与越南在中国一东盟自由贸易区的建立中具有特殊的区位优势，双方在长期贸易活动中形成的主要障碍制约了贸易的进一步扩大，广西要把握住机遇，积极推进外贸法律体制的改革与完善，加强边贸管理，改善投资环境，调整产品结构和提高技术含量，研究国际环境标准，促进贸易的可持续发展，建立真正意义的现代企业制度，提高处理涉外经济纠纷的能力。

OBSTACLES AND LEGAL COUNTER-MEASURES IN GUANGXI-VIETNAM TRADE

Guangxi and Vietnam are geographically superior with the setting up of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone. The main barriers formed in the long period of trade activities have restricted both sides from further expanding trade activities. Guangxi has to seize the opportunity to actively carry forward to perfection the reform of legal system in trade, to tighten up the border trade management and cooperation with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, to improve investment environment, to make an adjustment in the structure and technological quality of the products, to study the international environmental standards, to gear up sustainable growth of trade, to establish modern enterprise system in its real sense, and to cope well with foreign trade disputes.
