| 摘 要： | 资源管理是实验室管理的最重要内容。该文分析了目前普通高校实验室资源管理及使用中存在的问题，产生的现实和客观原因。实践证明加强实验室管理体制建设、控制实验室建制数量、定量分配实验室用房、对通用仪器设备实施总量控制等是提高实验室利用效益的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The laboratory resources' management is the most important content of the laboratory management.The article analyses the present state,existed realistic and objective reasons in the laboratory resources' management.The practices have proved that strengthening the laboratory management system construction,controlling the laboratory quantity to be set,rationing the laboratory's building,controlling the total amount of general use instrument equipments are valid approaches to raise effect and profit the laboratory resource. |
