| Abstract: | Based on the experiences of archive management for decades, the essay discusses the prob- lems and solutions in nowadays archives compilation in universities. It points out that the compilation is the key to open up university archives information source. It also indicates that the quality and efficiency of compilation depend on the quality of archivists and a few other elements. |
