| Abstract: | It is the historic mission for the universities to cultivate elite talents for China.Based on the connotation of elite talents,the importance of elite talents cultivation,the modes of elite talents cultivating and the advanced experience of elite cultivation in foreign universities,this paper is trying to look back on the theory research of Chinese universities in recent 10 years,introduce the present situation of elite talents cultivating,and explore the future development of the elite talents cultivation in the universities of China. |
