| 摘 要： | 社区教育在我国经过近三十的发展取得了一些成绩但也面临着诸多困难,要实现社区教育快速健康发展,一个重要方面就是要重视和加强社区教育中的政府行为。本文探究了我国社区教育发展中政府职能缺失的主要表征并指出社区教育发展中政府职能的应然路径选择。

| Abstract: | Community education in China has made great achievements for nearly 30 years, but is also faced with some difficulties. In order to achieve healthy and rapid development , an important aspect is to strengthen the government behavior. This article explores the main characteristics of the functional deficiency of the government, and points out the inevitable choice for the development of community education. |
