| 摘 要： | 原国家新闻出版总署《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》出台后,在期刊界尤其是高校学报界产生了强烈反响。围绕《办法》的出台背景、实施后可能出现的情况以及高校学报改革路径等问题,学者们各抒己见。及时对诸多观点梳理评析,有利于统一认识,提出合理建议,促进决策部门制定科学、可行的实施细则。

| Abstract: | The university academic journals has shown great concerns about ＂Implementation of Reform on Newspaper and Magazine Editing Department ＂published by General Administration of Press and Publication of the People＇s Republic of China, which focuses on its publishing background, up-coming issues and reform approach. The author considers that the indepth discussion will be beneficial to formulate scientific and feasible rules for the implementation. |
