| 摘 要： | 1973年8月1日，越南与新加坡建立外交关系，因特殊国际环境，双方处于对峙状态。1991年，冷战结束，两国政治关系日渐缓和，双方建立对话机制，高层互访频繁，合作共识加深。20年来，双边经贸合作卓有成效。2007年1月11日，越南正式“入世”，标志着双边经贸关系迈入全面发展新阶段，在WTO体系下，双边经贸合作具有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Vietnam and Singapore established diplomatic relation on 1st August 1973, but the two countries are in opposition in the special interna- tional environment. The relation of two countries has relaxation since the end of Cold War in 1991; Vietnam and Singapore governments have built a dialogue mechanism. And the high-level of two countries governments have exchanged frequently and the common consensus of cooperation have in- creasingly deepened. After 20 years, the bilateral economic and trade cooperation has acquired prominent accomplishments. The bilateral economic and trade of Vietnam-Singapore will has a bright and broad prospects under the WTO system. |
