| 摘 要： | 马雌酚是大豆异黄酮的代谢终产物之一,在动物及人体内发挥很强的生物活性。动物或人的个体间利用马雌酚的能力存在很大差异,主要是由于不同个体肠道内菌群存在着差异。本文综述了马雌酚的主要生物活性及人体和动物肠道中存在的与马雌酚产生有关的细菌的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Equol, one of the metabolic end product of soybean isoflavones, plays an important role in the bodies of animals or humans. The ability of Equol in the bodies of animals or humans is different among individuals because of the difference of the intestinal bacteria . In this article,we will give an overview of biological activities of equol and equol-producing bacteria habored in the intestine of humans and animals. |
