摘    要:江西电网曾发生一起停电事故,造成一大型火力发电厂及多个变电站失压。从发电厂角度对此次事故进行分析总结,并提出电厂侧快速平衡有功功率以防止并削弱系统振荡,手动增加励磁以提高系统稳定性,全厂失电后保证基本厂用电以利于各机组安全停机等应对措施和建议。

Abstract:An investigation was made to a power black out in the power grid of Jiangxi province.The accident caused a main thermal power plant(4 × 300 MW) and several substations lost power.The paper describes the causes of the accident from the perspective of power plant.And some suggestions and recommendations were made to prevent or minimize the scope of future blackouts.For example,keeping the balance of the active power in order to prevent or weaken the system oscillation,increasing the excitation by manual to improve the system stability and ensuring the basic power supply for power plant to make the units shut down safely after power black out.
