| 摘 要： | “领会教学法”的理论有利于传统的球类教学法，它将球类运动的特点及战术意识作为教学重点。笔在足球教学中运用“领会教学法”，实验结果表明，在学生技术掌握、技战术运用能力以及提高身体素质方面收到良好的效果；在激发学生主动性、创造性学习方面也起到积极的作用。
