论体育教学与育人

体育教学作为一种培养和造就人才的重要手段和形式，它不仅对学生要“育体”而且要“育心”。本文从加强教师自身建设，全面提高思想素质和业务水平，挖掘体育教材内在的思想性，根据体育教学的特点以及体育教学中涵盖美育的特点四个方面论述了体育教师如何教书育人。

On P.E Teaching and Moralizing Students

As an important method and form for training talents, P.E. teaching not only pays attention to the physical training of the students, but also focuses on students' moral character. This paper tries to illustrate how P.E. teachers educate students from four aspects: firstly, teachers' self improving should be strengthened and their professional skills graded, secondly, inherent ideological content of textbooks ought to be written; thirdly, the features of P.E. teaching should be realized; and finally P.E. teaching should include aesthetic education as well.
