| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济体制的逐步确立,计划经济体制下的培养方式,一元化的投资体制,受到了严重的冲击。通过分析目前我国在取得举世瞩目的成绩的下,国家队的资金投入机制的现状,为在举国体制下网球职业化改革的进程提供依据。

| Abstract: | With the development of opening and reform and market-oriented economy system,the old talent training system in planned economy and monopolized investment are crashed.Based on analysis of China National Tennis Team's financial investment with splendid results,the paper tries to provide reference for its professionalized reform under national-wide system. |
